Prices and taxes

Course contracting process

You will know when the registration has been formalized when you have received an email with the confirmation of the purchase.

As a user, you acknowledge that the identification numbers and passwords assigned to you for access to these courses are personal and non-transferable, and you are solely responsible for the consequences that may arise from the misuse, disclosure or loss thereof.

- The use of a personal and non-transferable user name and password by more than one person at the same time, causing a clear fraud to the company.
- Engaging in activities that violate the intellectual property rights of www.old.bolboretaspanishschool.com.
- Lack of respect for the teacher’s authority.
- Use of the class for a purpose other than that for which it was intended.
Modifications and validity of individual and couple classes
Changes to the scheduled dates of individual or paired classes can be made at the request of the student(s) as long as the teacher is notified at least 24 hours in advance and a mutually convenient time is found within the validity period of the lesson vouchers. Classes missed by the student without notifying the teacher will be charged in full.
Class modifications requested by the teacher will always be rescheduled even after the 24-week validity period.
The validity of class vouchers will be up to 12 weeks for 10-class vouchers and 24 weeks for 20-class vouchers, in both cases counted from the date of purchase of the voucher.
Buyer’s Rights: Returns and Withdrawal
Withdrawal is the right of a consumer of a good to return it within a legal period, without having to claim or give any explanation for it or suffer a penalty.
As a customer, you may have a period of 14 calendar days to cancel your purchase from the date of contracting by communicating to Ana Neira Sotelino, within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Language immersion program
PRICES AND PAYMENTS:
Ana Neira Sotelino reserves the right to cancel any trip that has not been paid within its term.
All bank charges are to be paid by the student. In the event that the bank charges a commission, we reserve the right to charge this commission to the student upon arrival at the language immersion site.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
No refunds will be made for cancellations made more than one month prior to the start of the trip.
In case of cancellations on time, no more than 70% of the amount paid will be refunded.
To request a cancellation, please send an email to info@old.bolboretaspanishschool.com. In a maximum period of 48 working hours we will respond to this request. In case of accepting the refund, it will be made within a maximum period of 7 days and in the same method as that of the contracting.
CONTRACTUAL CONDITION:
The realization of group trips is conditioned to the inscription of 5 people. In the case that this group is not formed, Bolboreta Spanish School can cancel the trip without compensation for the client as long as it is communicated within a maximum of 30 calendar days before the scheduled start date.
ADMISSION AND EXPULSION:
Bolboreta Spanish School reserves the right to accept students under 21 years of age in exceptional cases.
In case of serious disciplinary offense or repeated misbehavior the student will be expelled without refund.
In the event of damage to third parties, all expenses incurred by the company due to such incident will be billed to the student who will not be entitled to any further claims.
Respect for the rules is essential. Students study and live together in the same house, sharing common spaces. If students do not follow the established rules, they will be expelled without refund.
Some examples of misbehavior are: making a lot of noise, smoking in the house, partying, consuming alcohol or any other narcotic substance, or any other inappropriate behavior.
LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE:
Bolboreta Spanish School shall not be liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, delay or failure related to the provision of the services due to causes beyond the control of Bolboreta Spanish School, including but not limited to those arising from force majeure, fire, natural disasters, acts of government, failure of suppliers or subcontractors, labor disputes, civil unrest, terrorism or terrorist threats of any kind, public health emergencies, negligence or willful acts by third parties or any event not under the direct control of Bolboreta Spanish School. These conditions do not affect the rights defined by the consumer protection laws of the host country.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
TRAVEL COVERAGE/INSURANCE: Bolboreta Spanish School recommends that all students have medical insurance and travel insurance.
PHOTO AND VIDEO MATERIAL: By accepting Bolboreta Spanish School’s terms and conditions, students agree to Bolboreta Spanish School’s free use of this material, which has been created by school staff, without the need to ask for student approval.
Withdrawal
The withdrawal period for digital content products will be suspended at the time the keys are used to access the digital content.
In most of our online courses at Bolboreta Spanish School we offer a trial period with a 100% refund guarantee until the first day of class (included). Until that time, the student may cancel the registration by communicating explicitly and unequivocally to Ana Neira Sotelino, within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, their desire to exercise the right of withdrawal.
In the courses in which we do not offer trial period, the customer will have a period of 14 days from the signing of this contract to withdraw from the contract. The period of 14 days for withdrawal in digital content products will be suspended at the time that the keys are used to access the digital content.
In case of cancellation of a student (for whatever reason), he/she will no longer have access to the contents of the course. In no case will any money be refunded for the content already enjoyed.
The user may make claims, returns or cancellations by sending an email to info@old.bolboretaspanishschool.com indicating your name and surname, the product purchased and stating the reasons for your claim.
Confidentiality
All information and documentation used during the contracting, development and execution of the contractual conditions that regulate the relationship between Ana Neira Sotelino and the client is confidential. Confidential information shall not be understood as that which is disclosed by agreement between the parties, that which becomes public for the same reason or that which must be disclosed in accordance with the law or with a judicial decision of a competent authority and that which is obtained by a third party who is not under any obligation of confidentiality. Both parties undertake to comply with the duty of confidentiality and to maintain it for a minimum period of two (2) years after the termination of the aforementioned contractual conditions that regulate the relationship between Ana Neira Sotelino and the client.
All information received from the client, whether images, texts, access data such as users and passwords, hosting or others, will be treated confidentially, being totally forbidden the transfer to third parties unless we have your consent and always for the same purpose in which the data have been obtained.
Exclusion of liability
www.old.bolboretaspanishschool.com does not guarantee that the availability of the service covered by this contract will be continuous and uninterrupted, nor for the loss of data that is hosted on its servers, interruption of business activities or any damage resulting from the operation of the services, or the expectations generated to the customer, as a result of:
- Causes beyond the control of www.old.bolboretaspanishschool.com and fortuitous and/or major causes.
- Breakdowns caused by incorrect use by the customer, especially those resulting from the contracting of an inadequate service for the type of activity and use carried out by the customer and/or third parties through its website.
- Scheduled stoppages and/or alterations in the content made by mutual agreement between the parties for the maintenance or performance of exceptional actions previously agreed upon.
- Viruses, computer attacks and/or other actions of third parties that cause the total or partial impossibility of providing the services.
- Incorrect or deficient functioning of the Internet.
- Other unforeseeable circumstances.
Thus, the customer agrees to bear within reasonable limits these circumstances, and therefore expressly waives to Ana Neira Sotelino any contractual or extra-contractual liability for possible failures, errors and use of the contracted service.
Ana Neira Sotelino shall not be liable in any case for errors or damages caused by the inefficient and bad faith use of the service by the customer. Neither shall Ana Neira Sotelino be liable for major or minor consequences due to the lack of communication between Ana Neira Sotelino and the customer when it is attributable to the non-functioning of the email provided or falsity of the data provided by the customer in his user registration of www.old.bolboretaspanishschool.com.
Causes for dissolution of the contract
Ana Neira Soteino may terminate or suspend any and all Services contracted through its website www.old.bolboretaspanishschool.com immediately, without notice or liability, in the event that you fail to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Upon dissolution of the contract, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
The following shall be causes for dissolution of the contract:
- The non-payment of any installment when the student has chosen the flexible payment method.
- Sharing passwords with others who are not students enrolled in the course.
- The falsity, in whole or in part, of the data provided in the process of contracting any service.
- Alter, circumvent, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the security technology provided by www.old.bolboretaspanishschool.com.
- Also cases of abuse of support services by requiring more hours than those established in the contract.
Dissolution implies the loss of its rights over the contracted service.
